“I recently had shoulder surgery and have a really hard time doing my hair. On a whim, I decided I wanted to get my hair done to make myself feel better. I looked up salons online and decided to call this one. I asked if they took walk-ins and the lady said they did but they were really busy that day. I decided to go to the Hair Cuttery for a wash and style. I received a call back from Theresa, while waiting at the Hair Cuttery, telling me I could go ahead and come in and they would make time for me! I was relieved and left Hair Cuttery, quick fast and in a hurry. Initially I was only going to get a wash and style, but after showing Shawna a video of the cut I liked, she made me feel comfortable and I felt she was very competent in her abilities. She cut and styled my hair and it was beautiful. I felt so much better when I left ❤️ I usually drive to Frederick, MD for my haircuts but I feel like I found the “diamond in the rough” of hairstylists with Shawna.
