The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable . She (Erica) asked me if any of my shrubs were new. I told her yes I had planted 27 new plants and shrubs in April and May. She told me that new plants had to be at least 1 year old or two he chemical treatment being used could damage or kill them. Thank goodness she was forthright with the his information and on board with me canceling my service today. She possesses much honesty and integrity and should be recognized for the excellent customer service. The sales folks should communicate this information when offering this shrub treatment
