Mitchell was great and took care of my repair. However, the AI platform Sears uses to schedule and communicate with clients was unacceptable and ridiculous. Not once was I able to speak with a person and the AI options never could answer the questions I had…. Extremely frustrating. Five stars 💯 for Mitchell and not Sears.

Mitchell let us know when he was arriving by sending an email. Once he arrived he discovered the problem with the freezer light wasn’t the LED bulb but severed wires and he was able to repair and reconnect the wiring. He did an excellent job!

Jonathan was courteous, went right to work and diagnosed the problem (a gltch in the computerized system) in 20 minutes. He got the washer working but noted a long-term fix was needed. He went over options and charged only the service fee.
