Technician was knowledgable and timely. Fortunately was not a huge issue and got us back up and running quickly. He explained how our heater worked and we very likely have a heating element going bad and we will need to replace it at some point. Would have given 5 stars except we had an initial service scheduled several days before and after 2 hours waiting from scheduled time I called to find out we’d been bumped to another day; which might have been okay had someone called me in advance of scheduled appointment. Would definite use them again.
