David did a great job inspecting our new home! He was able to schedule us in promptly and responded to my many messages quickly. He was very thorough with every part of the house, and explained everything in a way I would understand several times. The report was very detailed with ways for correction of issues, and separated the report into Urgent to non-urgent fixes. He has inspected 2 homes for us, and have been please both times. We will be recommending his services to our friends when they search for their new homes. Thank you!
