“I walked in and met with Carol. She sat me down and I went over what I wanted. She also made sure to explain what she was going to do and cut a tiny bit off to make sure if I wanted it shorter or longer. She also listened to anything I wanted fixed and asked me periodically if everything was good. The haircut was good, especially for a salon that sees more women than men. Will be going back next time.“
