Brandon Griffith of Basement Authority was my rep throughout the three projects handled for my house: 1) Piering of the foundation, 2) two drain trenches, 3) poly renew to lift and stabilize the concrete pad in my garage. Brandon is the gold standard when it comes to follow through on a project. For him, the project did not end with the assessment and sale. Today Richard Williams and Trenton Speaks took all my worries away. They are the two contractors that took care of my home. I have dealt with many contractors from commercial jobs to small jobs around my home. Never have I experienced the professionalism they extended during this transaction. They worked very hard to make sure all of my problems were fixed. The job was finished beautifully and in a timely manner. Their communication during the process was clear to my understanding. These guys are miracle workers. Alex, the foreman, and Dylan, the installer, were both absolute professionals, got the job done in time, and saved my basement. Bill worked very hard to get us financing and an affordable monthly payment. If your basement needs work, call these guys first.
