He was kind, patient, thorough, and took the time to make sure Carly was comfortable while he examined her. The staff was just as impressive. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about Carly and why we were there. We never felt rushed or like we were just another appointment on the schedule. It’s reassuring to have a veterinary clinic close to home where you feel confident that your pet is in good hands. I really appreciate Dr. Kay and the entire staff for taking such good care of Carly.”
