Staff is patient and kind, even with difficult animals. They provide emergency surgery and other services like neutering. The clinic is a good place to take pets for care.
When my cat, Mr. Blackie, fell ill - Jackson Animal Clinic was the only vet office in the area to get me in quickly and I was not an established patient. They got me in the next day and Dr. Hancock and her staff took wonderful care of my boy. Their prices are very reasonable and each of the staff were very caring and compassionate! This will be my go-to vet clinic from now on.
This group was absolutely wonderful with the last moments of my dog's life. They were gentle, loving, quiet, attentive. They respected our situation and were comforting throughout. It was a horrible situation which they helped make easier on us. Thank you.
My Rascal dog seen them a few times before he got very sick. He was 14 years old and they diagnosed with a few things. They worked with me to find the best treatment for him. Unfortunately it came down to putting him to sleep. They where so kind and sweet. Gave me plenty of time with him and all was very understanding of the situation. They sent me a lovely card They all signed and had his paw prints and nose print. I have never felt so loved and like Rascal wasn't just another dog. It was like they really cared an understood. I love you guys thank you so much.
