OVP HEALTH - Ravenswood (WV)

Have been trying to get my medical records for almost a month now. I’ve left messages and I’ve even emailed the lady. And I still haven’t heard from her.

Because my primary care physician was on leave, I stopped here in mid-September 2025 for a wellness exam with blood work for my health insurance for the sole purpose of keeping my reduced premium in place. I gave the provider a company-provided form, which she signed off on, and I still have, stating exactly which tests would be ran, how they should be coded, and that if done so, it would be at no cost to me. Without my knowledge or consent, the bloodwork done was what OVP thinks a wellness exam should consist of, not what my insurance specifically asked for. Danielle is a great doctor. However the front desk staff is incompetent. And they recycle through counselors like crazy there is no real progress you can make. I've had some good experiences here and I've had some really bad ones
