Danielle is a great doctor. However the front desk staff is incompetent. And they recycle through counselors like crazy there is no real progress you can make. I've had some good experiences here and I've had some really bad ones

They work with the police and have so called patients in group that are actually undercover cops. They tend to play favorites and arbitrarily see some patients who came in later long before myself despite being ten minutes earlier. They split my medication up from my doctor appointment and when I asked if I came to a later counseling if I could get my whole week worth of meds told me no and were completely rude. Knowing they were going to do this had me do a review on their tablet before they broke this ridiculous unfair news to me. wont go back. last year got tested here for covid, came back negative then i go elsewhere and it’s positive. this week i got tested for the flu and it came back negative. i went to the er and they tested me and it was positive. poor service, this place is a joke.
