i have been to many different doctors in my life and a lot of them seemed like they really didn't care about what was wrong with me or how to treat it. a family member told me about coplin and I got in very quickly, the staff and doctors are the best I have ever seen, they don't rush through your appointment and sit down and listen to you and won't stop until they have addressed every issue and made sure you are comfortable with what they are doing.

Coplin Health Systems River Valley Family Care provides primary care for the entire family. The staff and doctors are exceptional, kind, and the best ever seen. They do not rush appointments, instead sitting down to listen and address every issue until the patient is comfortable. Wait times are minimum. The pharmacy staff is also very friendly and works hard, even staying after if needed. This facility offers quality care regardless of one’s ability to pay and is highly recommended.

I have therapy with Ashley Matheny. She is awesome. Had it with one of her fellow therapist today and she was amazing as well. Went to Dr. Rimer and seen her and Ms. Gump today for teeth extractions. Didn’t even feel them come out. This company has some wonderful and valuable employees. Would recommend anyone to them. Thank you all for your service.
I see Stephanie at Coplin . She is absolutely the best ever . I have never had a bad experience there . They take the time with their patients and explain everything . And their pharmacy is excellent too .
