I am so extremely happy for the staff at the Ranson location. Everyone was so pleasant, Dr’s were thorough and efficient, and every single visit and interaction was above my expectations. To the Nurse Practitioner that seen my daughter and sat and talk to me…. You will never understand how much I appreciate your support, encouragement, and guidance. You medically took care of my child and mentally gave me exactly what I needed to keep pushing. I will never forget the amazing staff at this location in particular. You guys totally rock! ❤️

Between myself and my family we have gone here 6 times in the last year and a half with mixed results. The actual medical staff has been decent, when they will treat you if not, They just tell you to go to the ER, and not for very serious things. But they are overall good but it is really hit or miss. Insist on paying all your copays at the center though, because the billing department is completely incompetent. They never bill even close to ontime,mess up payments frequently. If you expect a mailed bill, you will wait several months before seeing one. In one case, on the same day, we got the first copay bill for my wife and a collection notice. Waiting area clean, attractive, office staff were friendly and kept me informed regarding the wait time. Highly professional, competent clinical staff who also provided a follow up call to check on how I was doing and review my lab results. I am very pleased with the care and would not hesitate to recommend to others
