Stopped in with no appointment 10 days after having major surgery and was blown away by the superior customer service that I received. Steven and all of the staff were engaging and attentive, making sure that I was comfortable and pleased with my service. Salon is clean, cheerful, with an ambiance of pampering. My only complaint is their new automated phone service. It's confusing and of course, you don't get what you want. Then I couldn't even get transferred to speak to a human!! Just not a fan at all of those automated lines.
