I came in this morning frustrated and overwhelmed with my cloudy pool water. I brought a sample, and the young lady working was so kind, patient and helpful walking me through the steps to get my pool useable again. She treated me with respect and kindness and that is a lost art these days. I was so impressed with her customer service I will definitely be back. The pool chemicals and all of the supplies were VERY reasonably priced. She warned me the phos remover I needed was $45 and asked me if it was okay. I really appreciated my experience at Halltown Pools today and I will be a customer for the life of my pool!

I really appreciate Dan from Halltown... he came out and checked my self-closure efforts on the pool. Great service! And as always, during the summer, brought our pool water samples up and they let me know how to get it just right. Just great all around.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Halltown Pools. The owner and his crew are polite and respectful, and they know what they are doing. Our pool was installed October 2019, and they have been assisting us through the spring. My wife and I didn't know a thing about pool maintenance, and they taught us everything we need to know. And we are constantly getting compliments how clean and good our pool looks. They don't just install your pool, they want you to have a great pool EXPERIENCE, for years to come. Highly recommended.
