The front desk... Well sucked. Every question prompted a keyboard search that reminded me of the old green screen days typing franticly. So I gave up and went to the people that got stuff done. Unfortunately the didn't have what I wanted but didn't stop until they could find someplace that did. I didn't buy anything at 84 Lumber that but will go back again and again.
