My physiatrist here Misty Meadows, was amazing. Her nurse, and the front desk, however were absolutely awful. Front desk gave me the wrong time for multiple different appointments making me miss and reschedule, even though THEY told me the time for the appointment on a card. Somehow I was the one in the wrong?The nurse would not respond to calls when I was having issue with prescriptions for up to a week.I just had to go a month without prescriptions because of a rule on telehealth the government was PLANNING on doing, when the rule was pushed back I was NOT notifiedand only found out that the rule was pushed back from my new doctor. A great place that will hold you accountable. A lot of people see that as a negative, I see it as a positive as at most places your like a cow run through a line...they aren't like that. They know your name.

They set up appointments and call you to remind you about them and then when you get up and get ready for the appointments and you take time of your schedule and go to the zoom meeting, you get kicked out. I recieved phone call reminders and text messages for an appointment and then i call and they tell me I don't have one. My child had already waited a month to see the psychiatrist for her situation and I'd just like to know where the appointment went. How you just cancel on someone last minute or deleted it. Whatever happened. I'm finding someone else.
