This is my first time using Personal Touch and I guarantee it won't be the last. My partner and I dropped off our returns and she had us filed the very next day. We usually use H&R Block and they always charged us a couple hundred dollars, but Kari charged much less and was able to take it out of our refund, just like the big box places. Kari is warm, courteous, and professional and we couldn't be more than happy to recommend her service to everyone that needs to file. We used Personal Touch Tax Services by Kari for years & she even helped us when we moved to another state. Very sweet lady & helps in anyway she can. Definitely would recommend her.
