The people at Happy Tails care and are very loving to your furry family members. The atmosphere from reception to the examine room to surgery is all about you and your pet. Been going there for 7 years, 2 dogs and have never been disappointed. When one of our little girls was suffering, the office stayed open late so we could have a quiet, peaceful, emotional and loving goodbye. Wouldn't think of taking our girls anywhere else.
I pick a vet as I would my child's pediatrician. Their entire staff is dedicated. When I took Maggie in (thought I had lost her), there was an overhead page and her vet & 4 others came from all directions. She was their focus until her illness was under control. As I was checking out I heard Dr. Postle telling a friend in the waiting room that she wasn't to work that day but due to an emergency she came in to help. That emergency was my Maggie! I can never thank the staff of Happy Tails enough for being there when needed and providing the loving care to our precious pets. 💖 The front desk staff is just as amazing too. I always feel welcomed when we go in.
My miniature schnauzer, Nova, developed a nasty anal gland abscess and her symptoms were quickly getting worse over a time span of less than 24 hours. I reached out to staff via the app after office hours and requested an appointment for early the following morning. They were quick to respond to my request the very next day before they had even opened and were able to get us in within a few hours. My dog does not do well around most people and is very anxious.
