I was told by a local company that I had a disposal and drain problem that would cost between $1200 and $1500. I called Roto Rooter. I used Roto Rooter in VA and was hoping to have the same experience. In fact, the service exceeded my expectations. This company came to my house, inspected my problem, and provided a free estimate. Technicians established I did not have a pipe/drain issue. I just needed a new disposal. Since Roto Rooter has set prices, a technician returned the next day and completed the work.
