Nelson came out the same week I called, even during the busy season. Within an hour he diagnosed the problem and gave me a very reasonable quote. I now have working AC in the house and couldn't be happier with the speed, friendliness, and above and beyond customer service he provided. I am absolutely a customer for life and would highly recommend!

Nelson proved himself trustworthy from the beginning. He is concerned with giving his customers what they need, not simply drumming up the biggest/highest-paying project for himself. And he always backs up his installations with service calls to fix/adjust if everything doesn't work perfectly from the start. I have had this company out several times to work on my aging units. The technician is always courteous and prompt. He responds quickly when you place a service call. Having used other HVAC businesses in the past, I can assure you that this company offers extremely good prices and high quality work. The technician found air flow issues that others had overlooked. You really can’t go wrong by hiring Home Comfort Heating and Cooling. I won’t use anyone else.
