Aweful business practice. As you can see the window doing it's job.. after the first two replacements, costing around $600 each did not fit cause they didn't get the dimensions correct. The third one eventually did fit but it was made for the lower window instead of the upper which is what we needed. We ended up paying three separate times without getting a single refund ending up costing us $1500. Don't use these guys. They make you pay for their mistakes
