We are very pleased with the customer service at this location. The staff and management went above and beyond to help us make our purchase- including staying longer hours to accommodate our schedule. They really could not have been more friendly or helpful. Would highly recommend this location for all your flooring needs.

The staff at the Parkersburg WV location is very knowledgeable and so friendly and helpful. Helped my husband and I figure all our needs out at an affordable cost to us!! We are very pleased with the outcome of our new home's flooring.
