My boyfriend and I had been hunting for glasses today for approximately 4 hours. We couldn’t not seem to find much in the style he wanted. Then again, i don’t know if it was the style we couldn’t find or if the service we got was terrible. I’d say bad customer service. We were on our way home and he said , let’s stop at Frames. So we did. I have to say this was a perfect way to end the hunt for glasses. Perfection at its finest. Great service, great attitude, and extremely helpful. Might I add very knowledgeable about everything. I want to say thank you to Abigail for being so patient and pleasant. The whole experience was the best. Haven't even had my first visit yet, but I'm already satisfied. They actually answered the phone, unlike my last eye Dr at a certain big brand store, and got me an appt scheduled, only a month out which is still better than my old one. I've heard nothing but good things, excited for my new glasses :)

I gave 3 stars because they are nice but I'm not very happy 1st off I went to eye exam n wanted fit for contacts to well they just gave me eye exam so I had to make another appt. To get fitted for contacts they gave me trial contacts to try for a week n said either come back or call to order contacts if they fit ok well I called n she was supposed to call je back never did I went in she was on lunch break said they would have her call me it's Friday still no call so aggravating I shoulda went with my 1st intuition was gonna go to WalMart so if u want contacts better go somewhere else I guess
