Once a month I see that yellow Dodson truck pull into our office and I know we're going to be taken care off. Jacob is a wonderful technician and I am so happy to see him. He makes sure that all of our needs are met and does it with a smile. He's polite and respectful and always has something nice to say. When I told him a spider tried to land on me from above he offered to come back in and treat again, even though he had just been there a few days before. He clearly cares about the quality of his work and upholding the Dodson name. He is a valuable employee and I really hope that they tell him that. Thank you Jacob! I had great problems with trying to get a pest control company to come to my house and then I contact Dodson. Excellent customer service and Joshua Hall was Awesome. He explained everything and not only treated the affected areas but all the way around the house. He also explained the 30 day warranty as well. Thank you very much for the outstanding service.
