We had ear tube surgery for my son this morning with Dr. Petersen who is so nice and great in his profession. The surgical staff was absolutely amazing. They made my toddler feel extremely comfortable. The team explained everything so thorough. I can’t even express how thankful I am for my son’s first procedure being here at Plateau. We had two male nurses that went above and beyond but again everyone was so caring. What a great experience. We are so pleased.
I had my mom transported to CAMC after an ER visit to Raleigh General the previous day. The doctors diagnosed 5 additional fractures in my mother that were missed at RGH. They additionally worked with me on discharge to a skilled facility close by and the MD called me, personally, to update me on Mom's participation with PT and OT, as well as discharge planning. Dr. Thistlewater, Logan from phlebotomy, Brooke in nursing are some names worth kudos, but honestly, we've been so pleased with each and every member of the staff whom with we have had dealings. Thank you.
