I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis as well as sciatica problems.I am able to manage both of these with Tom’s massages,whether 15 min or more,I always have relief.This has been a”God send” to me , allowing me relief without having to take pain medications. I HIGHLY recommend you give it a try!
