They were very helpful and They have a good understanding and knowledge with medical conditions. They ask a good amount of questions and about your back story. So they are interested in not just helping you but also getting to know you as a person and I personally think that is a very important part of helping patients. Not just helping them but getting to know them as well to understand what they are going through.
