Absolutely love it!! The best workout ever!! They are very welcoming and make you feel like family. I am so happy I joined not only do I get an amazing workout and able to relive a lot of stress there. I have met some amazing people!! Freddy, Erica and Jaron are great instructors. And if your looking for an awesome workout and want to be around awesome people while doing your workout then boxing fit is for you!! Oh and one more thing freddy’s protein shakes are also amazing!!

Very patient, kind, friendly non judgmental environment not to mention it’s fun I sweat more here in 1 hour than I ever have at the gym I would recommend this to anyone wanting exercise

This is a high-energy no-judgements class of fitness and fun. There is no boxing opponents or sparring in a ring. It's heavy bags, mitts, speed bags, jump ropes, and camaraderie. There is a slower techniques class where Freddie teaches boxing combinations and footwork basics. The next session includes music, cheering, and sweating. The format is circuit workouts with four stations; station 1 is boxing mitts and heavy bags, station 2 is active recovery with a dip/pull-up station, water bags, aerobic steps.
