I started going there due to pain in my neck and upper back after experiencing very poor posture and age mechanics from working remotely. I am now able to exercise again without soreness and stiffness that I experienced making me be less active. I found him to be very educated on body mechanics and holistic healing through massage therapy. It took a few visits but now feeling so much better.
