Rogers Transport & Automotive is a place with nice people and a calm atmosphere. They have helpful employees and a large variety of non-auto items for sale, making it a good spot to browse while waiting. However, some customers have experienced issues with vehicle repairs, such as waiting a week without work done or being told unnecessary repairs like a new motor without proper examination. One customer was disappointed when their SUV was not moved or properly diagnosed, and was advised to go elsewhere. Overall, the experience varies, so potential customers should consider both the friendly environment and possible service challenges.
Just had a bunch of body work done and some passenger drive terrain done and those repairs included upper and lower control arm axle tie rod ball joints sway bar links and suspension and the price for the service was very very fair I do recommend and I will be going back myself for any future repairs 😁👍👏
I also took my SUV up there to let try to figure out if I needed a timing chain or a motor well it was up there for a week and nothing done so I went up there ask wht was wrong with it he said I needed a motor I told him he didn't even move it out the parting lot I told him how u going to tell I need a motor I informed him he told me to take to somewhere else So I wouldn't take anything to this place isn't worth ur time
