“We started shopping here alittle over a year ago. We wanted to start a fish tank and had no clue what we were doing. Luckily we met April. She showed us everything we needed to start a new tank, and went above and beyond to help us. We now have two fish tanks and about to start on a third one shortly. She never makes you feel unheard, she takes the time to listen to you, and goes out of her way to make sure you understand everything before buying fish. So many company's now days, will just see you as more money in their pocket. She actually helps you get the right fish for the set up you need. She will advise you on which fish will be the best with each other, and actually let you know which aren't the best. We appreciate her not just lieing to us, just to make a sale, and you can tell that she genuinely cares about the health and wellbeing of this fish. We need more people like her. ❤️“

“One person was rude over the phone explaining fees when there was a simple misunderstanding on my part, but once I got there I found an kind, polite and caring staff with an excellent vet and almost no wait time. It's a fantastic place to go, but the fees are more aligned to a higher cost of living area rather than an area with some of the lowest cost of living in the nation. I was paying less for care in California than here. But all in all, a worthwhile place to take your pets for excellent care.“

“I take my toy poodle Mikey here all the time they have always did a great job.And they have went as far as unpacking there equipment after packing up and getting ready to walk out the door to go home to get Mikey in at last minute because I work all the time and wasn't going to be free to bring him back for weeks.
