I absolutely love this office! Every staff member I encountered was kind, compassionate, and professional. They were very thorough in their care and took the time to answer all of my questions. I also really appreciated how quickly they responded to any concerns, and I didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room. If I had to mention one minor issue—and it’s truly a small one—the music playing throughout the office was a bit loud, which made it slightly difficult to hear the staff at times. I had to ask them to repeat themselves on a few occasions. That said, it’s definitely not a deal breaker. I’m 1000% sticking with them as my dental provider.
I have had many unpleasant experiences with dentists in the past. I have only had about three dentists in my 74 years that I would be comfortable recommending. At the Wilson Martino Dental Office in Elkins I was immediately put at ease by the staff. Everyone was so friendly and they took the time to listen to me and explain clearly what I needed. We decided on a plan and immediately started the first steps. Thank you Dr Linger, and staff for a good and pleasant experience. I look forward to completing the dental work we decided on. ?
My first visit at this practice. The staff was friendly, and the dental hygienist was gentle and thorough with my cleaning. Met the dentist for the first time; he was thorough with my dental review. The only negative was I had to wait in the dental chair after my cleaning for 20+ for the dentist.
