I called Sport Clips as I was walking away from the door of my previous barber that I had made an appointment with and was unexplainably closed. I decided to give Sport Clips a call to see if they take walk ins. Being a busy guy with limited time and heading back to work for another 5 day stretch I was in a time crunch. The girl on the phone was very nice, explained their system. I'm a big fan of customer service and this first contact thus far impressed me. Great customer service eben though they were extremely busy. Received a haircut from first available, which ended up being Lexi. She did a great job cutting my hair and was very nice.

First time that I have been here. They make you feel welcome the moment that you come through the door. The massage chair while they are washing your hair and the shoulder massage after the wash is amazing. I would definitely recommend anyone to come in and enjoy the good time getting a hair cut. Never thought I would say that about a hair cut. LOL
