So, the staff is A+. The lense crafting is A-, in that I have had their lenses develop permanent fogging after a few years, but otherwise their lenses are excellent. The frames? A D-. That sounds good! Except that I have had $230 frames spontaneously fall apart while I put them on, and since they'd been replaced after the first time they broke, Spectrum could not help me this time, despite this clearly being a manufacturing failure.I'm not returning to spectrum for any purchases...read full review
My eye appointment with Dr. Goellner was great! My husband and I received excellent treatment from Andrew, he was exceptional with answering questions and has a genuine personality. Emily was awesome! The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend ☺️12/11/23
Dr. Kerr is outstanding, the best optometrist Ive ever seen (across 3 states and >8 optometrists), and Katie in the glasses department was amazingly helpful with technical details about lenses that other offices have been unable/unwilling to discuss. Spectrum is lucky to have Dr. Kerr and Katie. About Dr. Kerr -- My eyes unfortunately reject many types of contacts (like an allergic reaction). Last year, he worked with me, let me try several and finally found one that I can wear. This visit, I had some technical questions, and rather than give me the bullet points, he explained so that I understood. What a great guy.
