2 out of our 3 new skylights are leaking since getting a new roof from shield. Someone has come out one time to “fix” it and they’re still leaking. Shield doesn’t answer our calls anymore. WOULD LOVE FOR SOMEONE TO GET IN TOUCH. They sell it to you with their “fabulous” warranty but it’s ultimately worthless since they don’t respond. Save yourself the hassle and go with someone else

BEWARE!!! After waiting since June for a roof/gutter install, I just received a letter saying this company is "closing its doors". Their salesperson (JEFF DUSCHL) was quick to secure a 30% deposit for the project, but now I cannot get a hold of him or his production manager (LUIS ISHIKAWA). I'm afraid I will have to seek legal action to get my deposit back.Services: Roof installation
