My garage lights and door opener suddenly went out. I replaced the gfci outlet but it didn’t resolve the problem. Assuming it might be the breaker, I called Dakota, who is located near Cheat Lake and was able to respond the same morning. He confirmed that the breaker was fine as was the new outlet. Within 40 minutes he tracked down the source of the problem… a loose connection in the breaker panel. He was extremely focused, methodical and professional in finding the solution. In addition, his rate was the best that I found. There would be no other choice for my hiring an electrician in the future.
