I was in a bind with an unexpected timeline and Travis came thru with an exceptional solution to unreasonable deadlines and expectations. Their team had outstanding customer service and impressive quality of work accommodating my project on short order. Highly recommended.
Travis and his team were great to work with. We desperately needed new carpets in a house we recently bought and were on a very tight timeline before we moved in. Rugratz was able to make it happen within a week and a half of when we picked out carpet, and the installers put carpet in 3 bedrooms (one of which has two walk-in closets) and a large basement bonus room all within 5 hours. They were efficient and friendly. They even cut out some remaining carpet sample to make me a cute little doormat for free.
