I booked this company over the phone for a move out cleaning service well in advance of my move out date, but they were a no show. I called them twice to confirm the address as I waited for their arrival, but my calls went to the voicemail of their goole voice number. Once I realized I was going to have to clean the place myself, I called to let them know and still no answer. At this time, it is three days later and I have received no call backs or reason why they were a no show. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company. I would give zero stars if I could.

Update: The company contacted me and sent their general manager to clean my home. Much better job the second time around.This company is impossible to communicate with! I hired this company to do a “move-out” cleaning for a house I just purchased. The technicians arrived 15 minutes late for cleaning, and did not complete the job. The technicians didn’t clean inside a single cupboard, closet, or drawer as advertised, and I found a dirty cotton swab on the bathroom floor after they’d been there (I’ve never lived in the house yet!). Excellent service! My son’s apartment at WVU needed a “major” move out deep clean and they did a great job! I would absolutely recommend them and use them again!Services: Move-out cleaning
