Kelsey is always welcoming. She thoroughly explains each step prior to performing it as well as explains why. She has always made me feel comfortable regardless of the was service I have requested…..Brazilian, legs and facial hair.
I’ve only went 3 or 4 times now but Kelsey is amazing and makes it not awkward at all. I was so nervous it would be way too awkward. Honestly, she just talks to you the entire time and it’s over before you know it. I also NEVER have any spots of wax or hair left over which is a huge plus!! 10/10 recommend Kelsey!
