Felicity is amazing! I was over waxed as a teen and have no “head” to my brow. She did a fantastic job creating beautiful eyebrows for me! She’s also so kind and amazing to talk to.

From Browlicity Cosmetic Tattoo Studio & Salon

Browlicity opened January of 2019 after owner, Felicity Matos had been traveling to several different salons microblading eyebrows for a few years. She decided it was time to have her own studio to call home. Most recently, Sammy Matos (husband to Felicity) also joined the team to offer Scalp Micropigmentation and permanent eye liner.
