I was near the end of a 3 hour drive into Morgantown for a WVU game late on a Friday night when my truck wouldn't start after a pit stop. Big Dog Towing had me lifted in about an hour, and prioritized the mechanic to look at my truck first thing Monday morning because I was from out of town. The mechanic had it diagnosed and fixed before noon. I was in a vulnerable position where I could have easily been taken advatange of, but Big Dog treated me right. Great operation.

We were visiting from out of town and we were not able to get a tow through our Auto Club we called Big Dog, they came out as promised and towed the car to the dealer on game day morning! Andrew was great!

I was in my most precarious vehicle situation in the whole 44 years of my life today on the interstate with my two children and they showed up to help us fast (and fearless) and I would absolutely recommend them. If they were that good where I was, I know they would be excellent in any other situation.
