Not professional at all. Because of mistakes made in filing my parents’ taxes, they now owe $24,000, even though each of them only earns about $39,000 a year. The issue comes from missing required forms, and despite reaching out for almost two years by phone, text, and email, communication has been little to none.

She has been unable or unwilling to correct the mistake she created. We still want this to be resolved — either by her fixing the error or having a professional step in to do it properly.

I don’t recommend. I did my taxes with her of 2021 This accounting lady mess up my husband SSN. And said she would submitted it through Electronic form. I called in the middle of 2022 because she said I would get tax refund when I never got one and told me see would look into and never got with me. I went somewhere this year and took my 2021 that Rachel Crites did To revise. She never submitted.
