We had a new HVAC system installed by Lochan Griffith and he and the other two men with him were terrific. It was a day long process by all three men but they were all very professional and patiently answered any questions we had about anything. We had Misty come by for the quote and she was very kind and friendly and gave us good insight into what would work best for our situation. In the week before we had our installation appointment she lent us a temporary AC unit which helped us get through the worst of the heat while we were waiting. We had our entire unit go belly up right when it started to get hot. The staff from Ashworth were all very professional and friendly. Matt and Eli installed our unit quickly and efficiently. They were even really sweet to my dogs ( who honestly can be a little too in your space sometimes). Thank you for making the process a smooth one from start to finish
Our internal A/C unit had an unidentified condensate leak. Technician Ed W. was sent to our house the day after calling Ashworth, which really impressed us. He was on-time and attentive to our issue. He quickly diagnosed the problem, proposed a solution with different pricing options, and then promptly implemented the solution for us after getting the go-ahead. He was also very personable and explained everything he was doing/looking at/finding. The price for the repair and the maintenance program also seemed reasonable. I am very pleased with Ashworth and Ed W., and will definitely be returning back for future HVAC work and maintenance.
