The guys at Upholstery Excellence in Martinsburg West Virginia helped me with my cranky 2003 BMW Z4 convertible top. It was a complicated repair which I was unable to do myself and my mechanic wasn’t interested in the job at all! Don at Upholstery Excellence took the time and care to do the job properly. I am very happy with the work they did; the top now functions as it should, and I don’t have to worry that it was done correctly because they are very meticulous. Turnaround was really quick too, and I’m sure it cost a lot less than it would have at a BMW dealer!

Called me back the next day after sending an email. I thought I was at the wrong place a gentleman came to door let me know I wasn't and held the door for me. Cost was half of what I thought it be. I also asked about my jeep seat he gave me a quote and I'm hoping in the future to return and get that done. Son's seat looks excellent!
