Shelby is solid. I made a short notice appointment online thru their website. No surprises, paid ahead of time including the tip. A great follow up on lift day to get ahead of any soreness. Recommend the practice in general and Shelby and Curan in particular.

Aura has magic hands and is in general an awesome person! When I first walked in, she asked for some background on what issues I'd been having and only a minute or so into telling her what the recent physical therapists had figured out, she gently interrupted to say "that's great that they figured that out, but I'm gonna tell you right now it's your feet and ankles by the way you walked in and the way you're standing, and that it's having a cascading effect up your back and shoulders". I had literally forgotten about those old injuries and that along with her other advice and body work made a huge difference in just one session, and continues to improve each time!
