My kids have had a tooth removed from here. Yes they had pain but the pain was gone the next day or two. NEVER had a problem with this dentist office. I plan on bringing my other children to them. They are very nice and great with kids. Easy to talk too!
I had an emergency appointment today for my tooth and I have really bad anxiety when it comes to dentists (bad experiences) but I went in there I was crying and shaking and they were very understanding the nurse was sweet the doctor she made sure to give me all the referrals I needed so definitely very friendly and understanding towards people with mental illness which is a big relief and amazing compassion and reassurance goes a long way and that’s all I needed
The hygienist does a rude rush job on your child and the dentist is really not much better. It feels like you're just cattle being rushed through. NEXT.... It's obvious they treat patients this way because of Medicaid and it's offensive, but unfortunately it's one of the only places to go in this WV area. Dental care isn't at the top of the list for healthcare in this state. I'll continue to go until further notice. Good luck!
