Our couple year old, barely over 30k mile Silverado broke down and after calling so many towing services that were in the area that were not helpful, Elite (Jason) came and saved us. I had my two year old and five month old dogs with me and they went above and beyond to get there quickly, be patient and so sweet to us and get us to the dealer. I’d give all the stars if I could.

As I was leaving for a work trip, my car would not start. The screen said it was a brake problem which seemed odd. I called Honda and they recommended it be towed vs trying to drive it in.Thankfully, I had just renewed my AAA membership the day before.I called them and they contracted with Elite Towing to tow my car to Honda in Winchester.AAA had quoted 2 different times so I called Elite to confirm. I wish I could remember the ladies name that I spoke with. She was extremely helpful and very pleasant to speak with. She assured me the driver would be there in about 45 minutes.
