Great for kids, love the fact that they teach self defense and how to react if a stranger tries to take them! So many different classes are offered. My kids will for sure be coming here for a very, very long time!

Both instructors are so great with the kids, even the little ones! Their core values are respect, discipline and self defense and I couldn't be more proud of how far my 6 year old has come! Great class, awesome instructors and the fellow MMA parents are pretty cool to hang out with too! 😉
