I have been going to this location for about 7 years now with breaks in between. I only give reviews when I feel it is deserved! Gabby (hopefully I spelled her name correctly), the manager is always my favorite person to see when I walk in the door! I do not know Gabby personally - this is just me being honest.I know I can ask Gabby anything and she will give me a quality answer with a smile on her face no matter how simple my question or concern is. She always remembers my name, I have no idea how but that is very impressive and shows care and awareness of her clients. UPDATE: I wanted everyone to know they have stepped up to the plate and are cleaning up the facility. Thank you to the management who have been super nice and for immediately beginning to work on the issue. I would give this place a 5 star only if they would clean the walls, chords, top of beds and floors. There is dust bunnies every where which is clearly never cleaned. As far as service goes they are top notch. The inside of the beds are clean. Just dry mopping the floors are not enough. All I can say is look up or on the ends at the floor of the beds. It's nasty. Plus you can see where people dropped tanning lotion on the floor.
